The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for media and film production and is skilled at building, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive client acquisition and expanding the customer base.
- Managing and advising existing clients.
- Analyzing client needs and preparing customized proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and terms for film production projects.
- Maintaining client relationships and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of marketing activities.
- Researching and monitoring market trends and competitors.
- Attending trade fairs, events, and networking functions.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, particularly production and post-production.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, sales, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in sales and account management, ideally within the media film sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Creative and flexible approach to work.
- Team player with high self-motivation.
